Foundation Law and Internet
A Bulgarian non-for-profit organization, founded in March 2001
by lawyers, willing to contribute to the development of ICT
Law in Bulgaria and encourage the fast implementation of information
technologies in the legal profession.
The Foundation established the Center for Law of the Information
and Communication Technologies (CLICT) in May 2004. CLICT became
a center of attraction for the national potential of jurists
working in the field of the legal problems connected with ICT.
The accumulation of their specific legal knowledge benefits
the whole society and state.
Rivas
A consultancy providing market research, business & institutional
planning and financial advisory services to corporations, academic
institutions and governments.
The corporate finance practice provides acquisition and divestiture
transaction advisory, develops information memoranda and financial
